Congratulations on your desire to start a Scripture memory program. I trust that God will lead and empower you. We have 5 current programs for you to choose from:

New Testament One Year Challenge We are memorizing a key verse from every chapter of the New Testament. You can join in with a group who is currently doing this (New groups start every September and December 1st) or you can simply start with MATTHEW and go at your own pace.

HAKOTS We are memorizing a key verse from every chapter of the Old Testament.

ROMANS/JAMES Summer Blast is geared mainly as a summer introduction program for Bible quizzers, this program of memorizing 50 key verses is open to everyone and goes all year.

Every Verse gives you a chance to memorize every verse of a chapter or a book of the Bible.

So, how do I get started?

Simply decide which program you want to do, and let us know by contacting us. (The website is also designed so that you can print out any list of verses and memorize them on your own at your own pace if you prefer.)

At what pace do I have to memorize the Scripture I choose?

The pace is up to you. Each program has quizzes you can take whenever you have finished memorizing that section. The New Testament One Year Challenge has a suggested pace of 1 verse per day (with shorts breaks at the end of each month). However, you can adjust it to go quicker or slower as best fits your needs.

Will I be able to contact other people who are memorizing the same Scripture I am?

Yes. In fact, one of our main goals is for you to encourage and be encouraged by others around the world. The best way to do this is through our Forum, where you can post insights and questions. We do not give out email addresses without specific permission. However, you may request that your contact information be sent to those memorizing the same material you are, in hope that they will contact you directly.

Do you recommend Scripture encouragement and accountability through the internet as being better than in our own church, family, school, etc?

Absolutely not! No online program will ever beat meeting with a friend or group of friends to memorize Scripture together. My prayer is to see Scripture Memory groups meeting in every church, school, and homeschool association. We exist to be a support of such groups, or to encourage and minister to those who can not find a Scripture Memory group to meet with face to face. What if I don’t find a program I like?

Please let us know what you would like to memorize or are currently memorizing. You can do this on the contact page or using our Forum. New programs are being designed regularly and we would love your input.
